Sessions are scheduled as follows:
- Dates: June 24th thru August 9th (21 Sessions)
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 or 11:30am
- Rain-days (as needed): Tuesdays and Thursdays (dates and times TBD and contingent on training progressions). There are no make-up sessions available.
- Each session is limited to 4-6 athletes, depending on training emphases and goals for the day, and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Every accommodation will be considered to help every athlete to successfully complete the program. Reserve your spot today!
- Cost for complete program is $695.00 (only $33 per session)
